 * Eligibility: For food safety, the vanilla beans must be returned unopened with the original seal or packaging intact and in new condition. We cannot accept opened packages.

 * Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

 * Refund Process: A full 100% refund will be processed back to your original payment method immediately after we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is sealed and unopened.
